Brown Rice Almond Butter Cookies

Ingredients A

  • 50g ecoBrown’s Brown Rice Flour
  • 25g almond powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 20g icing sugar
  • 60g cooking oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 pinch salt


  • Mix everything together until dough is formed then weight out 10-15g of dough to form a small ball. Repeat this step until all dough has been used up to form small balls.
  • Preheat oven to 180 °C , Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place the small balls onto the tray, brush with egg wash and bake for 15-20 minutes until done.
