MethodRinse the rice and soak into 450ml water for 30 minutes.Pour the soaked rice and water into a claypot. Cover with lid and bring to boil using high heat. Lower the heat and cook until water has almost completely evaporated. Arrange Chinese preserved meat, Chinese sausage and Chinese liver sausage on top of riceRemove the preserved meat, sausages from claypot and cut into slices. Arrange them onto a serving platter.Pour the sauce over hot rice and sprinkle spring onion on top. Serve with preserved meat and sausages.
