Ingredients A

  • 1 cup ecoBrown Gold rice, cooked till fluffy
  • 20 red dates, pitted
  • 50 g dried longan flesh
  • 50 g dried magnolia petals “pak hup”, soaked for 30 minutes
  • 12 g dried white fungus, soaked for 30 minutes
  • 80 g rock sugar or to taste
  • 500 ml water


  • Using scissors, trim off the hard parts of the white fungus.
  • Combine all ingredients in pot and boil on slow heat for 10 minutes. Add in cooked ecoBrown Gold rice, cook till soften, serve warm
