Ingredients A

  • 2 cups ecoBrown’s Unpolished Brown Rice
  • 5 cups water

Ingredients B

  • 50g ginger (pounded)
  • 4 sticks lemongrass (pounded)
  • 15g turmeric (pounded)
  • 6 tbsp oil

Ingredients C

  • 50g cooked kidney beans
  • 6 pieces shiitake mushroom (diced)

Method

  • Pour 6 tbsp of oil in a preheated wok and sauté Ingredients B.
  • Place and mix the rest of the ingredients and seasoning into the rice cooker or clay-pot to cook.
  • Dish up and garnish the rice with fried shredded ginger.
