Put ingredients A into a big claypot and cook until the water has almost completely evaporated. Place ingredients B onto the rice, cover with lid and simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and simmer for another 10 minutes.
fumi furikake is a Japanese rice seasoning. If you can't find this in your local Japanese grocer, substitute with a pinch or so each of shredded nori (seaweed for wrapping sushi), bonito flakes & sesame seeds
