Responsibilities:
  • * Prepare monthly and quarterly accounting & financial reports for internal and external reporting requirements
  • * Handle all accounting, auditing, taxation, company secretarial and financial matters which involve liason with auditors, tax consultant, bankers, suppliers, company secretaries and lawyers
  • * Oversee daily accounting operations and liaison with associate companies on all accounting aspects
  • * Timely preparation of financial reports and group consolidated accounts

Requirements:

  • * Possess a Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or its equivalent with professional qualification ACCA/CPA/CIMA and a member of MIA
  • * Preferably with some working experience in related industry and ideally with some working experience in audit firms
  • * Possess a high level of integrity, initiative, drive wok commitment, sense of urgency and leadership qualities
  • * Pro-active with proven analytical and problem solving skills
  • * Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • * Able to work independently and computer literate

  • * To develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve the monthly sales target
  • * Establish sales and marketing strategy in search of business oppurtunities and enhancement at assigned territories.
  • * Prepare sales reports regularly that are essential for management information and decision making
  • * Organize on-going calendar events for promotional purpose.
  • * Ensure that customers are well informed on the latest products
  • * Ensure all orders are consistent and well planned with warehouse

Requirements:

  • * Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any discipline
  • * At least 2 years of working experience in related industry/FMCG.
  • * Able to work in fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • * Must be able to work on extended hours and on weekends/public holidays.
  • * Able to formulate & implement appropriate sales strategy.
  • * Solid prospecting and negotiating skills
  • * Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build rapport
  • * Ability to work as a team - "Team Player"
  • * Handling enquiries and complaints on products and services..

  • * Able to work under minimum supervision, self motivated and responsibility.
